As Pilates, Physiotherapist and Runner addicts, we are using traditional physiotherapy to solve injuries, we are using Pilates techniques to re balance your body, using running drill we are improving your power to run faster and longer.
Thanks to video analysis and workout exercises on Pilates machine and on mat we will define the most unbalanced muscles and define a program to improve your symmetry.
As experts runners we will also assist you to learn how to run better, limiting the time on single leg on floor, increasing your cadence to 170 to 180 steps per minute.
