Do I need experience?

Is it safe if I’m pregnant / recovering from injury?
Yes. Our method integrates physiotherapy principles and can be adapted for pregnancy and rehabilitation. Always inform us of your condition.

I came to play here and it was great. From someone who has office syndrome, it's gotten better. My neck and shoulders aren't as tight as before. Personality has improved. Plus the teacher teaches well. You can clearly tell where each pose should be focused. Teaching is very easy to understand. Plus, he's very friendly with the students. I recommend it for people who want to try Pilates. Very good.
Great location and equipment with professional pilates instructor. Class have both in Eng and Thai so it friendly for foreigners. Recommended

Tried the trial 3 times. The first 2 times the teacher was good and there was no problem. But the third person was told first that he didn't have the basics. and is a person who does not understand his own body Please help teach from the basics, but the teacher is very harsh. Studying puts pressure on me and makes me not happy. From wanting to take care of yourself Want to increase strength So it makes me not want to go.

This is the studio where I first started Pilates. The teachers are kind and I enjoy continuing with them. The teachers teach in English and Thai, so it is okay if you don't understand Thai. I am happy that my body has become more in shape since I started Pilates.

The Balance Pilates is really easy to travel here. The studio has many class options. The atmosphere is nice. The staff is also friendly and helpful. The Pilates instructors are professional. It's beginners friendly. So far, my experiences here are really great. The class helps me exercise more, and it's pretty fun to join.
